1. Agreement to Terms

A-CLASS Heating and Air provides HVAC services including but not limited to:
- Heating system installation, maintenance, and repair
- Air conditioning system installation, maintenance, and repair
- HVAC system maintenance and repair
- Ductless heating & A/C services
- HVAC duct & vent installation and repair
- Thermostat installation and repair
- 24/7 emergency HVAC services
Services are provided in 2317 Sierra Madre Ct Apt B and surrounding areas including Sacramento, Elk Grove, Citrus Heights, Folsom, and Rancho Cordova.
3. Service Appointments and Scheduling
- Service appointments are subject to availability
- We strive to arrive within the scheduled service window
- Customers must provide safe and adequate access to equipment
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Emergency services are available 24/7 but may incur additional fees
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Free estimates are provided for system replacements
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
- We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards
- Financing options may be available for qualifying customers
5. Warranties and Guarantees
A-CLASS Heating and Air provides warranties on parts and labor as specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties may also apply to equipment. Warranty terms and conditions will be provided at the time of service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A-CLASS Heating and Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information about their HVAC systems and service needs
- Ensure safe access to all equipment requiring service
- Maintain a safe work environment for our technicians
- Notify us of any hazardous conditions or materials
- Keep pets secured during service visits
- Be present or have an authorized adult present during service
8. License and Insurance
A-CLASS Heating and Air is fully licensed and insured to perform HVAC services in California. We maintain all required state and local licenses, bonds, and insurance coverage for the protection of our customers and employees.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A-CLASS Heating and Air and its employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of 2317 Sierra Madre Ct Apt B, California.
